<aside> 💡 My project aims to develop and implement comprehensive Food Safety Management System Training for a pie bakery & butchery. A Food Safety Management System encompasses procedures, practices, and protocols implemented by food businesses to ensure the safety and hygiene of their products. It involves systematic approaches to identify, control, and mitigate risks associated with foodborne hazards. The project will be divided into six modules covering key topics such as hazard identification, HACCP implementation, and personal hygiene. Each module will be delivered through asynchronous e-learning modules, supplemented by practical sessions for hands-on learning through manager observations, and interactive chat board engagement. Upon completion, the Food Safety Management System Training will be fully implemented, with staff trained and procedures in place to maintain ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
